ELLINT, the international employment and labor law firms’ network is delighted to welcome Portuguese boutique employment law firm Paramount Legal (https://paramountlegal.pt) as a new member. With its office located in the city center of Lisbon, the firm covers a vast range of employment and immigration matters and provides services to both companies and individuals, throughout the whole Portuguese territory including the islands of Madeira and Azores.
These services cover a full range of matters, such as drafting of employment contracts, managing individual employment relations, HR Policies & Procedures, Working Time & Smart working, Due diligences, Compliance, Discrimination, Dismissals: Individual & Collective; Restrictive Covenants and protection of confidential information and labor litigation amongst others.
The young firm founded only a few months ago (June 2021) is one of the few specialist labor law firms in Portugal. It is particularly strong on all aspects of employee international mobility and immigration with services covering visas, temporary and permanent residence permits, employee mobility, family reunification and applications for Portuguese citizenship.
Besides this, Paramount Legal has a vast and demonstrated experience in supporting international companies and investors interested in setting foot in the Portuguese market, and assists with the incorporation, transfer and winding up of companies as well as the day-to-day support of a company’s activity.
This new arrival closely follows the joining of new Spanish ELLINT member, álvarez lentner, in May 2021.
